A new reality show called True Beauty premiered tonight on ABC. The premise of the show is a that a group of attractive people compete to determine who is the most beautiful. The catch is that the contestants don’t know that the competition is also about inner beauty. In between being judged on their style and looks, they are evaluated on how they respond to moral situations.
While I don’t think the show will “re-define the concept of beauty” as its website describes, it is an interesting concept and very interesting to watch the contestants when they don’t realize that they are being evaluated on both inner and outer beauty.
