A woman sued L’Oreal claiming that she was mistakenly dyed brunette instead of blonde; however, she was not able to prove her claim that their was brown hair dye in a package labelled blonde. The lawsuit was dismissed by the judge. Sounds like she wouldn’t have won even if Elle Woods were defending her.
According to news reports, she felt her socal life was ruined, had to stay home and wear hats, and was even prescribed anti-depressants after she found out she could never go back to her original blonde colour. (It is not impossible, just expensive.)
Apparently, she was upset because she had to become a dyed blonde instead of a natural one and she felt “fake” about this. But, something seems amiss here — did she not purchase, at least what she thought was, blonde hair dye before this hairy situation developed? So, wouldn’t it be safe to assume that she was already planning to, or had already, dyed her hair blonde?
Why not embrace the new darker shade for a while instead of staying home and soaking in a bubble bath of self-pitty suds? We’ve all had beauty disasters to deal with, but one shouldn’t let them interfere with life in such an extreme way. Belle IQ takes beauty seriously, but not that seriously!
Looks like this is one blonde that doesn’t have more fun.
